68 CAB ON 75 FRAME

Post by slurrydog »

Hi all. I hope I am putting this in the right spot, anyway I was wondering if a 68 cab would go on a 75 frame. I have a very nice 68 cab that I do not want to let it rot away and I also have a 75 f350 flatbed that need a cab very badly so thought about doing a change. A guy at my work said thst the 75s were a little wider so the cabs would not mount up right, but than other people said that it would work. So if anybody that really knows could help me out I would be very thankfull.

I am pretty sure the cab will mount up . I think that it is the rear part of the frame that is wider, from the cab back.

At least 20-30 guys here have done it with great success. Please stat a "build thread" and let us know how it goes.
