billet grill info needed

Next week I'm ordering a set of billet grill inserts and I've found them from lmc and carriage works...anyone know of these are I dentical because the carriage works is cheaper...the lmc description is what I want black powder coat with just the face machined ...the carriage works grill just said polished I think and I'm curious if the entire insert is machined/polished or just the face...thanks
