How do you install the gasket on a windsheild? Any tricks?
I tried getting mine on with the help of a friend, and could not get it on more than about 3 inches without it slipping off. I needed dish soap to get it on that much. Is there a special tool? Thanks.

Try this site http://www.route66restorations.com/1.html I didn't read it all the way through, but it looked pretty comprehensive.
It helps to heat up the rubber gasket, makes it easier to stretch. Use a heat gun or hair dryer on the gasket as your pulling it onto the glass.
