I'm planning on doing some light body work on the '68 this weekend; cleaning up some rust, removing certain emblems, and removing trim around the cab, bed, and fenders.
When trim is removed do you guys bondo over the the holes and indention's and just smooth them out? What products work best or what would you guys suggest in tackling this?
Any input will be appreciated. Here's a quick pick of Sheila.

Re: Removing Body trim.
welding the holes shut is the best way to get rid of the holes. i have seen the belt line trim holes bondoed shut. it seemed to work so far. this was on a parts truck i had that i made into a trailer.

If you don't weld the holes shut, you will see them again someday. (or the next guy who buys the truck)
