Suspension color and body color matching
Im not sure if this belongs more in suspension than body and paint but it ties into the finish paint job. Im at the point of painting all frame and suspension parts to re-assemble but I really dont want the usual black suspension components to be all black as they should be. I want to go with something that matches the body color so when the trucks finished it looks good on the outside and matches well underneath also. The frame is already gloss black so thats a done deal. Im really thinking of going with a metallic blue and grey for the body but Im thinking blue or grey springs or leafs might be over the top or look goofy. I need some ideas on some combos of suspension parts that work well with matching or similar body colors.

Re: Suspension color and body color matching
I saw a truck this weekend where the entire suspension was grey but it was a 4WD so it was pretty visible. That much grey was a bit much. It doesnt help me that all of the suspension parts are sandblasted and primered grey too. I knew i should have used red primer.
