OK guys. I am gonna buy me a bed for my truck. It is really nice from pics othere than some dents and stuff. I was wondering if you guys think the dent will come out of the floor. Also, what prep do I need to do to the seams before I fill them and install the bed? I plan th get it all clean and straight and bedliner the floor. What should I seal the seams with and how. I want them to disappear when Im done. Also want them to be sealed and trouble free. What should I put inside the bedsides and on the bottom side of the floor? Anyways, heres the pics.......
The last one is the biggest worry. Please help with your expertise and thanks.

clean all the old sealer out of the seams. scrap it out with a putty knife or what ever you want to use. now there are two kinds of seam sealer. one goes on before you paint. the other goes on after you paint. watch out some of the seam sealers stretch. so it may look messed up after a few years. or even right after painting. 3M makes seam sealer in a caulking tube. its abotu 12-13.00 a tube. oriellys has it as well as paint stores. once the seam is cleaned out and rust free then you either paint the bed. or put the seam sealer in there and paint the bed over the seam sealer.

By the picture, it does not look like the bed floor will be repairable for that large of a dent.

For the floor use a 4x4 thats at least 2-3' long with a BFH just go easy so not to cause more work than you have already. The wheel wells i like using a ballpeen hammer works good in the rounded areas.
