got my new rubber today ,,,,any tips from anyone on how to install the rear window ,,,,

Your gunna want a long piece of small rope......put it in the channel pull window up to the truck lube with soapy water then start pulling the rope out of the channel. I tried for hours thinking I could get it back in. then I was showed the rope trick and it was done in ten minutes........

Yep... Its a 2 person job, and easier with 3. Put the rope in the channel and use soapy water on the rubber all the way around. One or 2 people in the bed holding the window in place and applying a little even pressure. Then one person in the cab and start pulling the rope which will cause the rubber to come into the cab and on the proper side of the window frame. As you pull the rope slowly one direction and the rubber comes in, have the person holding the window make sure that they are applying pressure to the areas that you have already pulled, otherwise the rubber might try and pop back out. Once you have worked the rope all the way out, you will hopefully have all of the rubber pulled into the cab and over the frame. You can then push a little on the corners to make sure it is seated all the way.

Make sure that your window holders have the window held up at the center of the window opening before you start pulling the rope. You dont want them too far left or right or you will have to pop the window out and start all over. Not having the window centered will end up with a gap on one side or an area that is not sealed properly which will lead to water leaking in.

That thread is about a windshield, but it is the same basic idea without the bedding compound. You dont need any sealer for the rear window, just use soapy water to make the rubber slippery and make the install easier.

And just like Rich & Rich said...don't be afraid of the soapy water!
Look at the gasket closely, as I almost broke my rear glass trying to install it with the gasket going in backwards!
