72 f250 Painting the Fresh Air Grill Wiper Arm Housing

Does anyone have any tips on painting that area in the cab below the windshield that looks like a grill and houses the wiper arms? I have some rust in there and was hoping i could por15 it but its hard to get anything in there.. i have some por15 daubers but they are not going to cut it.. the wiper arms and motor have been removes so i have complete access from those holes inside the cab and on the top under the windshield.. i was hoping i could attach a hose to a rattle can maybe but sure would like to get por15 in there with some kinda brush.. any suggestions?

I always saved all my old WD40 and other spray caps and straws. I glued and spliced with straws from other sprayers and made a 2' wand, curved and pinched the end to make a flat spray pattern. I used Rustoleum rusty metal primer and paint, but they have since changed the spray caps, and my nifty nozzle extensions won't fit.
That sprayer extension in your link might be the ticket, I wonder if it will fit onto paint spray cans, and which brands?

its supposed to work with rattle cans there is an adapter for male or female mounts onthe cans.. i wonder if it will work with a preval sprayer .. then i can thin a little por15 and spray away! if i get it i will post pics..

Sounds like this product from Eastwood is what you need. It's Rust Encapsulator with an extension nozzle. I have used it and it works great! I've also taken the extension off and used it on Cold Galvanizing Compound from Tractor Supply with great results. Just use an air hose to blow out the extension with a little solvent when you're done!

Thanks Tyler that looks like it.. I also pried off the firewall grommet and there is much better access to fresh air grill from the front.
