tail light bezels
i have a question for you, i am going to be restoring a 69 f100 ranger 2wd short bed. i'm not going to be putting new tailgate moldings on. i'm going to leave the trim off of the tailgate and paint the ford letters black. in your opinion which would look better the 2 screw bezels for models without tailgate moldings or the 3 screw bezels for models that are supposed to have the tailgate moldings? it currently has the ones for the tailgate moldings because its a ranger model. will the 2 screw ones even fit? some opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: tail light bezels
The 2-screw bezels will fit, they mount differently using a 1-1/2" oval countersink screw, using the lense holes.
They also cover the lense a bit more than your 3-hole bezels.
The shorter screw is for the lens only, pan head/knurled about 1-1/8"?
If you haven't seen the two side by side, there here, scroll down, the '68 and '69.

Here's the 2 screw type:
I wonder if they will cover the 3 mounting holes around your taillights, should you use those?
