Got my cab mount bushings out today. The inner tubes were fused together on all of them so they wouldn't separate. Fortunately I've already stripped cab, bed and everything off of the frame so I could get to them easy. I used two big screwdrivers and stripped off the top rubber doughnut, peeling it over the washer. Then used vise grips and bent the washers straight up into a taco shape. Then tilt 'em down and wiggle them out the bottom. Probably could have hacksawed them in half but it wasn't too hard to do. If I was doing it with the cab still on I would have sawed them right under the top washer.

Hi there!

I didn't replace mine in the end but I think NPD (National Parts Depot) has got them.
