Anyone Use a Sandblasting Cabinet from ebay?

Post by colnago »

Okay, I know they have to be junk, but they're only 130 bucks. So, has anyone used those POS benchtop sandblasting cabinets from ebay for your small parts? Or do you take your stuff to a local blaster? If you use them, what size/kind of compressor do you drive it with?

Thanks,

Joseph

:2cents: If your not equip'd to do it......your $$$ is better spent to take a bunch of small parts at once to the blaster....if you have someone in your area. Even a POS blast cabinet will kill an undersized compressor. I use my buddy's blast cabinet and it's supplied by an 80gal.3 stage and it's running full bore will blasting
I've had enough and I'm not alone
