Both Ranger and Custom Cab emblems

Both Ranger and Custom Cab emblems
My 68 is a Ranger, but it has the Custom Cab emblems on the roof sides and the Ranger emblrms on the bed sides. Has anybody seen this before?

Ummmm.... yes. What does the grill say? And more importantly the warranty tag?
I have seen it before, but what it means is someone put the bed off of a Ranger on your truck, or at least the bed emblems. You'd have a chrome trim band around the back of the cab, starting just under where the Custom Cab emblems are instead of them if it were a Ranger. That is unless someone put a CC Cab on a Ranger truck... Lot's of parts get swapped in 44 years.
Still a nice looking truck.

Ok, I was out working on it today and I noticed 2 things. 1. it only has the CC emblem on the drivers side. 2. it looks like at some time it was repainted. Some paint is flaked on the roof. Its still the original color.
It does have the Ranger in the grill, glovebox. and all the dash trim, carpet is still there. the body code is K 81. I think when it was repainted someone stuck the CC emblem on it. Now I just got to find a grill for it. Anybody need the rack on the back?
