So I've looked around looking for a way to make my own grill for my truck. I found this. I know it is for a GMC sonoma, but the idea is the same. I'm looking forward to giving it a shot soon!!! The guy really gives a good step by step.

Ol' beandip did a pretty nice job. I like the black paint on the inside surfaces to make the polished edge pop. You thinking of the same spacing or something a little tighter?

I'm not sure about the spacing, I'll look at it once I start. I'm wondering how an all black one would look? I'm sure someone on here has a black front end.

I thought about doing that with my 67 grill but not sure I want to cut a good grill to try it. I have a pattern from the foose truck so the spacing would be easy just not sure.
