I believe these are the orignal wheels. I want to strip the paint, put some rust converter on it, and paint it white again. But I also want some hubcaps. Which hubcaps came on the '68s? Also, how do they attach?
P.S., anyone selling hubcaps

I do not think those are original, but they do look good.
Search the site and you will see original wheels and hubcaps. I gather from what I have seen here that 2-wheel-drive bumps all came with 5-bolt wheels, while 4WD bumps had 8 lugs.
My signature photo shows the wheel and hubcap for standard and custom cab models.
For what it is worth, I have four rusty original models and two chrome versions.
nice truck man!
yeah, those are not stock wheels at all,so no dice with the hub caps there
however -you can dress up what you've got with some center caps and even beauty rings :
i'm running some wagon wheels like yours on my ol' pig ,they've been blasted with some black paint
- still got my first first car 20+yrs later : 69 f100 sorta kinda pretending its a Mercury M100 w/a 70 f350 sport custom cab (factory buckets) 67 grille with 69 ranger cooneyes 68 merc box and hood, some supercool fiberglass fenders i scored way back when, 76 f150 disc brake frontend..currently running a 90 5.0HO 4bbl/c4 auto & 3.50 posi...originally a 360/c6 f100 Ranger with dealer added towpack (incl. kelsey hays trailer brake),boxside toolbox, behind the seat stowage & belly tank...only original parts left on 'er are the frame, rear end, rear springs, and rear bumper...
FYI....Summit Racing carries Wheel Vintiques' Series 62 steel wheels in 5 x 5.5. About $83 each. I just bought two 15x8s and confirm that they accept the 10-inch or so hubcaps. I'll be using the stock wheels in front with 215/70-15s and rears will be 275/60-15s.
