Will 67-72 Grille fit on 73-79 ?

Sorry I couldn't find a thread where any one had put a bumpside grille in a dentside truck, just wondering if anyone has tried or if it works? Id like to put an older grille in my 75 but don't want to buy one and it not fit, thanks for any input

whether you could do a lot of work and make it fit, it's up to you.
