Rust Reformer

I'm not looking for show but would like to kill the rust on my truck. Someone mentioned a product called OSPHO used in the marine industry. Only available at ACE Hardware. $22/gal will do several jobs. Brush or spray on (water like). Let it cook for a few days and then paint. It's great for beds especially if you plan to Rhino-liner anyway. Anybody else use the stuff?

i used some permatex stuff. it turns th emetal black after it kills the rust. i then primed over it. and it hasnt rusted since then. i used a good coat of grey primer.

Used Ospho for many years in the A/C industry in Florida, (where if you blink rust starts)!
Good stuff, just remember to have real good protective clothing / gloves / and goggle on because it's bad...stuff if you get it on you!
I used a product that wallyworld now carries on the latest part of my build, real happy with the results one year later.

I use Bondo/Mar-Hyde One Step rust converter. I have been very pleased with it.
