Old sprayed bed liner
Looking for tips and advice on old bed liners. I have a bed that has a sprayed bed liner in and underneath it. My plans are to put new liner underneath it and in it. What would be the best way to do this? Could I just go over it with a fine wire wheel knocking off the loose stuff and then apply my bed liner? I plan on using Herculiner under the bed, in the bed and possibly the frame.

Re: Old sprayed bed liner
they say when putting on a first bedliner. that the paint has to be there. so the bed liner has something to stick to. a scrapper and wire wheel will get the loose stuff off. you could even sand and feather the edges to get it smooth before appling a coat over the old bedliner. to make it look original.

Thats what I was going to do. I figured it wouldn't hurt anything. Figured I ask before I do it.
